to Carol Whiteman your agreement to be included (your 1st and last name,
preferred telephone and email) on the workshop contact list, which will be
distributed to all WIDC 2012 participants (directors, actors, crew and
mentors). The Banff Centre Registration
In order to process your registration in the
program you must also complete and return a Banff Centre Registration Form to
our Banff Centre liaison, FM Coordinator, Greta Heathcote The Banff Centre Office of the Registrar
will be sending you a full registration package with information about your
stay at the Centre. For more information about The Banff Centre review their Artist Guidebook. Travel & Lodging Tips
Unless you are
Ôself-drivingÕ, your travel is
being arranged for you and will be coordinated by both the CWWA and Banff
Centre offices. If you are driving yourself, please let us know and
arrangements will be made for a PARK PASS for your stay. When you enter
the Park use the far right lane and pass through the toll. For all except Workstudy
Crew, a single bedroom has been reserved for you at The Banff Centre.
You must notify us of any planned changes to your lodging plans or travel
itinerary so that your reservation can be adjusted accordingly and to ensure
that CWWA is charged appropriately. WS Crew, a shared room in the Lloyd Hall
has been arranged for you. A flex meal credit plan has also been set up for
you so you can conveniently dine on campus. The Banff Centre will provide
details of how that works. |
